Recommend
Options to solve problems and initiate improvements are discussed with client personnel prior to preparing a concise report on findings and prioritized recommendations.
Implement
Recommendations are converted to project schedule with task assignments, timelines, milestones & hours estimates. Work begins and progress is monitored weekly by the AMR project manager.
